What's included in the free trial?
Every new account gets 30 days of Growth plan features, up to 100 learners, 25 courses, certificates, and full reporting. No credit card required to start.
What happens when my trial ends?
You'll be prompted to pick a plan. Your content and learner data are kept safe, nothing is deleted if you don't subscribe immediately.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
Do learners need to pay anything?
No. Learners download the app for free and are invited by their organisation. Only the admin account needs a subscription.
Is ReelLearn only on iPhone?
Currently yes, the learner app is iOS only. The admin dashboard is accessible from the app. Android and web support are on the roadmap.
What counts as a "learner"?
Any person who has joined your organisation in the app counts toward your learner limit, regardless of whether they've completed any courses.
